As Legal Counsel for Greenpeace International’s campaigns and actions, I advise on both risk and opportunity and formulate legal strategy to advance campaign goals. Prior to joining Greenpeace I worked as a legal consultant in Somaliland, where I worked with government ministries and state institutions to build up the territory's justice sector in line with international human rights standards. I am a member of the Bar of England & Wales and hold an LL.M. degree in International Human Rights Law from Northwestern University in Chicago, having first graduated from Oxford University in 2010.
