Mandisa is an alumni of the University of KwaZulu-Natal having completed an undergraduate degree in Management and Communication Studies then completed a Postgraduate qualification majoring in Business & Finance Management. Currently serving in the private sector working with core passions being youth development, business development and implementing corporate social investments. Mandisa runs a mentorship program for young girls between the ages of 12 - 19 years old in her local community, this is driven by her belief in igniting the potential of individuals and sharing knowledge. Her business development interests have allowed her to assist start-up companies and NGO's with development strategies. She has served in ENACTUS UKZN, Activate! Change Drivers community and the Cheesekidz foundation. At the present moment, Mandisa is affiliated with the Africa Future Dialogue project as an Associate.
