Michelle Malunga is a media practitioner with over 10 years in the media industry. Aged 26, Michelle's dedication and passion for media saw her rise to the position of Programmes Manager with her current employer one of Zambia's biggest privately owned radio station Radio Q-FM. Michelle volunteers for the Zambian Association of Literacy (ZALIT), a youth based organization aimed at providing programmes of social education and recreational activities in a sound environment. She spearheads a campaign called "I Support Literacy" which was developed in the organization's quest to put literacy at the core of sustainable development. This is being done to encourage literacy development among youths and children in a fun and creative way and to make literacy development a top priority in Zambia. Michelle is a member of the ACT!2015 Alliance which is a collaboration between The PACT, a coalition of youth organizations working in the HIV response and UNAIDS.
