Saadatu is a legal practitioner working in a full service commercial law firm of Solola & Akpana. Her practice is focused on Power, Construction and Infrastructure, Project Finance, Company Secretarial services ,and Intellectual Property.
She also has considerable experience in commercial arbitration, with a focus on disputes arising from: Commercial Contracts, Oil and Gas, Construction, Banking, Employment and Labour .With a strong focus; on corporate commercial work and infrastructure projects Saadatu has an in depth understanding of the Nigerian legal regulatory framework and provides value driven and result oriented counsel to Clients doing business in Nigeria. In addition to her legal expertise, within years of practice she has built an extensive network of goodwill and contacts within the key industry sectors.
Saadatu is an alumna of University of Abuja Nigeria, and also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2012.
Member of Abuja Global Sharpers Hub and has served on several Hub projects. Currently supervising the Amana ("Trust") Initiative, a project executed in collaboration with the Embassy of the United States of America in Nigeria aimed at building trust between youth and security agencies in Northern Nigeria .
