I am one of the co-founders of Instock. Instock started in June 2014 and currently consists of a restaurant, a take away shop and a food truck. We create dishes from food surplus. Roughly one third of food produce is wasted worldwide, therefore our goal is to reduce food waste and create more awareness around this issue. We get our products from Albert Heijn supermarkets. I started my career at Ahold as a Management Trainee. By winning an internal innovation competition we have been granted the opportunity to start Instock.
