S’onqoba Maseko is the Chief Operations Officer of the Sifiso Learning Group, a new age education group in pre- to post-school education for the 21st Century, edtech, publishing and properties. S'onqoba was featured in the 2011 Destiny Magazine annual “Power of 40 – Forty trailblazers under 40” supplement at the age of 24, one of the youngest featured. In 2015 she was identified as a FinWeek Woman to Watch. She is a BSc (Mathematical Sciences) and BSc Honours (Actuarial Science) graduate and a member and previous chapter President of the Golden Key International Honour Society. S’onqoba has served as a member of the Wits University Convocation Executive Committee, served as the founding Operations Director of a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) in Youth Development, worked as the Chief Operations Officer of a start-up black-owned Investment Holdings company, is the founder of an education trust and girl child initiative and the President of the South African Actuaries Development Programme Alumni Association. S’onqoba is also a speaker, and facilitator specializing in topics around education, innovation, social entrepreneurship and the future world of work.
